Lawmakers are looking to make cyberbullying a criminal act. They want kids to be protected as they surf the web, so they're updating stalking laws to include cyberstalking or harassment.

Virgin Media is working with the BPI and sending out letters to customers "educating" them on piracy. There's also a stern warning that they'll be cut off from their internet or prosecuted if they illegally download music.
