Kara Swisher broke the news that Microsoft may be making overtures to Facebook. They've already invested $240 million already - which is why they're valued at $15 billion - but they might want to do a full buyout.

The video game Grand Theft Auto 4 made almost $310 million dollars on it's first day of release, and over $500 million dollars within the first week. That's the all time high for any entertainment release. Not just video games. Movies, Music, Books...etc...

If there's an out of print album you've been trolling the online listings and auctions for - try Amazon. Their disc on demand service Create Space made a deal with several record companies to bring hundreds of out of print titles to buyers.

China doesn't want online mapping services to display certain government buildings or details of military bases. They're also not thrilled with the way some maps are delineating borders.
