Skype is
launching monthly subscriptions for unlimited calls to 1/3 of the world. They're already pouplar in Europe and Asia, and are hoping that making their payment structure more traditional will raise their profile in America.

E-Bay cut Skype loose at the end of the year? Their CEO hinted as much in the earnings call last week.
What went wrong with the acquisition?
Paypal is taking steps to block phishing scams by blocking older browsers that don't have updated phishing security features. It's part of their
five point blocking system. So far, it seems
pretty successful.
In a rare move for a major company, Microsoft says they'll
allow ethical hackers to check security vulnerabilities in thier online services. They'd like that attitude to be an industry standard.
