Another day, another Microsoft-Yahoo rumor. Newscorp is said to be hot for Yahoo after all. The idea involves merging MySpace and other assets into the struggling search giant. But this hinges on Yahoo outsourcing search and ad sales to Google, even as Google is going cold on that idea.

Meanwhile headhunters are flocking to Yahoo like sharks to a wounded dolphin. Some folks are jumping from the good ship Yahoo while others are being pushed. One guy twittered about being on the receiving end of the layoff thing.

Newscorp is starting an incubator to birth companies that will feed the MySpace machine. The idea - which has been around for a while - is a direct knock-off of Facebook's similar fund.

The "B" stands for billion. That's what Bebo is said to have sold for. But who's the buyer? Google's a obvious idea. The longshot is Yahoo.
